Experience an opportunity to take time for yourself and experiment with your unique expression. In this time of uncertainty, many of us are asking who we are, who we have been and who we want to be. You are invited to explore these questions and more through the use of meditation, guided imagery, the expressive arts and group sharing in a program designed to enhance self-knowledge and growth. This program is open to women of all ages and experience.
